Construction supervision for adherence to contract <br />documents, plans, and specifications as produced by the City <br />E or for the City. <br />Provide and maintain a construction schedule using software <br />such as Primavera, SureTrak, or MS- Project <br />• Provide periodic reports of findings in writing <br />• Ensure that the contractor has proper insurances. <br />• Assist in the management of submittals, shop drawings, and <br />RFI's. <br />• Provide consultation services for the management of change <br />orders including pricing. <br />• Use Project Management tools and software to assist in <br />managing the overall budget of the project. <br />• Assist with inspections <br />• Inspect and review the project to monitor compliance with <br />the Building Code, City Ordinances, safety codes, and other <br />applicable regulations. <br />Thursday, May 03, 2012 <br />
