Last year Mr. Batista performed a design -build of a <br />23,000 square foot conversion of office spaces to a beauty school which <br />l <br />includes classrooms, beauty salons, dentistry, and laboratories here in <br />L <br />°3 <br />Lauderhill, Florida. <br />I was the owner's representative for this project for the International School <br />of Health and Beauty. Mr. Batista was both the designer of record for the <br />entire design which included all the structure and the mechanical, electrical <br />and plumbing which were basically done from scratch since the entire area <br />was demolished. Having Mr. Batista also as the General Contractor for this <br />project was also of immense help since the completion of the project was <br />done in a mere 16 weeks.
