Section 3 Scope of Services / Technical Specifications 3.0 SCOPE OF SERVICES Of SUN P"' Project Management and Engineering Consulting Services necessary for the undergrounding of all overhead electric, telephone and cable TV utilities within the city limits of Sunny Isles Beach.
