Keith & Schnars (K &S) has had the pleasure of providing many Municipal entities with our professional services since the 1990s and we would be honored to assist the City on this project.We therefore appreciate this opportunity to submit our proposal for Utility Undergrounding Consultant Services. Pursuant to the City's requirements, we have not colluded with any other person or entity submitting a proposal for this contract. The K &S team will be comprised of over 100 K &S professionals and our strategic teaming partner — Douglass Consulting. Our sub - consultant brings extensive FP &L design experience and relationships that will allow us to meet and exceed the City's goals for this contract. As a multidisciplinary team, with expertise in civil, surveying, drainage, geotechnical, permitting, public involvement, and construction management, we can provide the City with the necessary services and work with City Staff to facilitate federal, state, and local regulatory agency interactions /approvals /permits. As the Principal -in- Charge, I will actively oversee the project and take responsibility for its successful completion. Our Project Manager, Tim Hall, P.E., will join with me to ensure effective client communication and timely, efficient project implementation. K &S understands clearly the work necessary to prepare a successful design, and essential coordination during construction.
