" "Y OF SUN P�' Cut -off date is the close of the last business day of the month. Vendor shall submit by the 10th day of the following month vendor's completed Statement of Services /Invoice. Should the 10th fall on a weekend or holiday, Consultant shall submit his application on the next workday. Consultant is advised that processing of invoices must follow this schedule, as the City has funding requirements and other payment obligations which may prevent payment of late Statement of Services for that month's billing cycle. A late Statement of Services with a recommendation for payment will be paid in the next month's billing cycle. 2.11 LABOR MATERIALS AND EQUIPMENT SHALL BE SUPPLIED BY THE PROPOSER Unless otherwise provided in Section 3 of this solicitation the proposer shall furnish the following, including but not limited to, all labor, material, equipment, adequate supervision, and coordination for satisfactory contract performance. When not specifically identified in the technical specifications, such materials and equipment shall be of a suitable type and grade for the purpose. All material, workmanship, and equipment shall be subject to the inspection and approval of the City's Project Manager. 2.12 FEDERAL STATE AND LOCAL REGULATIONS The successful Proposer shall comply with all federal, state and local ordinances, regulations, and rules as well as any other laws that would apply to the proposed project. Such proposer costs associated with regulatory requirements shall be included in the project cost whether depicted specifically or not within the body of the proposal. 2.13 NOTIFICATION TO BEGIN WORK SHALL BE GIVEN THROUGH A NOTICE TO PROCEED: The proposer shall neither commence any work, nor enter a City work premise, until a written Notice to Proceed (NTP) directing the proposer to proceed with the work has been received by the proposer from any authorized City representative; provided however, that such notification shall be superseded by any emergency work that may be required in accordance with provisions included elsewhere in this solicitation and resultant contract. 2.14 COMPLIANCE WITH FEDERAL STANDARDS All items to be purchased under this contract shall be in accordance with all governmental standards, to include, but not be limited to, those issued by the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA), the National Institute of Occupational Safety Hazards (NIOSH), and the National Fire Protection Association (NFPA). 2.15 DELIVERABLES Deliverables shall be submitted by the Consultant as delineated in the Statement of Work. The deliverables shall be submitted on or before the date provided in the Schedule of Tasks and City of Sunny Isles Beach I Request for Proposal No. 12 -06 -01
