<br />8101 — 8104, FDOT District IV 1- 95/PBIA Interchange; West Palm Beach, Florida. Senior roadway inspector responsible for
<br />construction inspection and material testing of this interchange connecting 1 -95 to the Palm Beach International Airport. Scope of
<br />work includes nine traffic phases and twenty -three detours incorporated in these two and a half miles of interstate highway plus
<br />twelve new bridges of which four will direct connect 1 -95 to the Palm Beach International Airport. Mr. Torres was responsible for
<br />inspection, material testing and documenting of embankment, subgrade, base and in -place concrete construction activities.

<br />activities involving the Center. He trained all personnel, performed accounting duties as well as scheduling activities and

<br />8197 — 12197, Ponce De Leon and Sunset Drive Widening Project; Miami, Florida. As a roadway inspector Mr. Torres was
<br />responsible for construction inspection and materials testing for asphalt paving, earthwork, drainage and landscaping.
<br />6/97 — 8/97, LIS -1 Rehabilitation and Widening; Lake Worth, Florida. As a roadway inspector, Mr. Torres was responsible for
<br />inspection and materials testing on the project. He performed maintenance of traffic inspection and maintained density logbooks.
<br />He also oversaw French drainage installation and storm sewer activities.
<br />5/95 — 7/96, Forrest Hills Boulevard; Palm Beach, Florida. As an inspector, Mr. Torres was responsible for pile driving
<br />operations and inspection of reinforcing steel. Along with drainage activities, Mr. Torres performed inspection and materials testing
<br />of MOT; asphalt paving; and deck concrete pour. He assured compliance by accurate density logbooks and assisting with final
<br />estimates.

<br />inspection and materials testing on the project. He performed maintenance of traffic inspection; concrete pours;
<br />earthwork /subgrade inspection; and updated associated density logbooks. Mr. Torres inspected utilities and lighting features
<br />associated with this project and oversaw all landscaping.
<br />10193 — 2/95, Inspector for FDOT District IV 1 -95 Reconstruction Broward and Davie Boulevards; Fort Lauderdale, Florida.
<br />Responsible for inspection and materials testing of earth walls, embankment, subgrade, and limerock base. He assisted in the
<br />inspection and testing of concrete deck pours and placement of reinforcing steel. Mr. Torres also inspected landscaping features
<br />associated with this project.
<br />3/92 — 10193, Inspector for FDOT District IV 1 -95 /SR 836 Interchange; Miami, Florida. Responsible for inspection and
<br />materials testing of subgrade, earthwork and reinforcing earth walls and associated recording of their densities. He assisted with
<br />pile driving inspection.
<br />3/88 — 3/92, Turnpike Widening, HEFT and State Road Overpass; Miami, Florida. As a bridge and roadway inspector, Mr.
<br />Torres was responsible for inspection, materials testing of box girder segments, and concrete pours. He performed maintenance of
<br />j traffic inspection; reinforced earth walls inspection; earthwork /subgrade inspection and updated associated density logbooks.
