(CGA) has a long and productive association with
South Broward Hospital District. CGA has collaborated in particular with Memorial
Healthcare System at Memorial West Hospital since initial landclearing and
groundbreaking.
In 1996, South Broward Hospital District (dba Memorial Healthcare System)
constructed a 6‐story parking garage on the southern area of the hospital property. CGA
provided civil engineering design and construction inspection services for the project.
CGA’s services included oversight on the re‐location of utilities required for the new
construction as well as the installation of new drainage and water systems.
CGA was onsite from commencement through site engineering, construction and project
closeout. CGA inspectors and project mangers successfully coordinated the new
construction to integrate properly with the existing hospital infrastructure.
Page 2| 16
