I� <br />11 <br />Gateway Park Construction Management Services RFQ# 12 -06 -01 C <br />Perimeter Road at Miami International Airport, Miami, <br />FL: CIMA was the primary consultant on this project <br />providing Construction Engineering and Inspection <br />services, which involved reconstruction of a new 120" <br />culvert and a four lane road on the south side of the <br />airport. The roadway is a critical point of access to various <br />businesses in direct proximity to the airport as well as a <br />connector between major arterial streets. The total cost of <br />the project is $4.8 million and the 300 day construction <br />schedule was completed in June of 2010 on time and <br />within budget. <br />The scope of work on the project included: Converted a 2- <br />lane road into a 4 -lane divided road, Open -Cut drain <br />installation under CSX Tracks, Installation of a 120" <br />corrugated aluminum drain, Installation of Miami - <br />International Airport security fence, Bridge Demolition, <br />Construction of Bridge Culvert and Rip Rap, Drainage and <br />De- Watering, Roadway Reconstruction and Widening, <br />Settlement Plate Observation, Milling and Resurfacing, <br />Signage and Signal Loops, Lighting, Sidewalk, Traffic <br />Separator, Driveway and Curb & Gutter, Landscape Tree <br />Relocation, Utilities Adjustment and Channel <br />Excavation. <br />North Shore Watermain Replacement, Miami <br />Beach, FL: CIMA was the prime consultant for <br />j <br />the City of Miami Beach providing Construction <br />Engineering and Inspection Services on the <br />$635,000 watermain project in the North Shore <br />r <br />area of Miami Beach, from 73rd Street to 85tH <br />!�. <br />y F <br />Street along Byron Avenue, Tatum Waterway and <br />w <br />Dickens Road.
