As the <br />Construction Manager for the City of Fort Lauderdale, Florida, I have personally <br />worked with CIMA for the past three (3) years on five (5) municipal fire station <br />projects for which they have been awarded the Construction Management <br />services contract, representing the City during construction. Their work on <br />these fire stations include the oversight of the entire building process, including <br />the vertical building construction, electrical and HVAC work, interior finishes, and <br />civil and site work, and the review of all Payment Applications. <br />All of the projects that CIMA has been a part of have been successful in terms of <br />project costs and schedule, and CIMA's professional staff has always been <br />readily available, courteous and highly professional. CIMA has consistently <br />produced work of high quality and has exhibited the highest standards of <br />professionalism and care. As a result, both the City of Fort Lauderdale and I <br />have been greatly impressed with their performance and the Construction <br />Management services they provided.
