City of Sunny Isles Beach Construction Management Services For Gateway Park - RFQ No. 12 -06 -01 3. STAFFING Relevant Experience of Key Personnel URS will bring to the Gateway Park Project a seasoned set of professionals with specific experience in the construction of parking garages and parks. Steve Baumal, who will manage the project, has extensive experience working as a construction manager /owners representative for various levels of government entities, on a variety of projects such as small parks and surface parking lots, multi -level garages, and major complex facilities. He brings an understanding of the small details that go into making a project a success, and has the ability to maintain a view of the big picture. All proposed Team members have excellent communication skills and work well with other professionals, which will help to avoid disputes and which will also bring a non - confrontational approach. This will result in a productive environment conducive to a successful project completion. Size and Experience of URS Staff Pool URS employs approximately 56,000 people worldwide. The resumes included within this submittal are for the URS staff we have identified as experts in the services identified in the City of Sunny Isles Beach Request for Qualifications document, and who are available immediately. Our offices in other nearby cities can provide additional resources if needed, including many types of specialty services (please see the graphic at the end of this section page). With a base of over 800 professionals in Florida, we can respond quickly with personnel to suit your needs. Our approach to this project is to provide a highly experienced, yet cost - effective and flexible team.
