Specific duties include: <br />keeping Miami -Dade County informed of the projects' status and <br />all issues affecting the project; review and sign -off of the <br />developer's monthly progress invoice; providing a bi- weekly <br />Project Oversight Report; attendance at all meetings concerning <br />the project; review and comment on the project schedules and <br />quality control; general liaison between the County, the Marlins <br />organization (developer) and the construction manager; review <br />and approval of change orders; review and comment on <br />conformance of the construction and proposed operation of the <br />project to the Construction Administration Agreement between <br />Miami -Dade County and the Marlins organization. <br />Project Manager and Owner's Representative, URS Corporation <br />City of Miami Beach Capital Improvement Program <br />As the Project Manager and Owners Representative, Mr. Baumal was responsible for the general <br />coordination of each project. Responsibilities included: writing of City of Miami Beach Commission <br />items; general oversight of the City's consultants including the architects, coordinating and chairing of <br />community workshops; day -to -day oversight of the general contractor. Projects included: <br />Multipurpose Municipal Parking Facility - $34M <br />Seven - story, 650 -space parking facility with a 32,000 sf city office liner building. Included were <br />replacement of the water main and repairs to the storm and sanitary sewer systems on Meridian Avenue <br />serving both the MMPF and the local residents.
