QUALIFICATIONS <br />Similar Project Experience <br />URS has worked successfully and repeatedly for <br />many municipalities in Florida, completing projects <br />aggregately valued in the billions of dollars. Our <br />Construction Program /Project Management <br />(CM /PM) team has completed Florida programs <br />such as the City of Miami Beach Parks and <br />Facilities CIP, the Adrienne Arsht Center for the <br />Performing Arts of Miami -Dade County, and the <br />Miami Dade County Public Schools Capital <br />Improvement Program. We are currently <br />Miami -Dade County's Owner's Representative <br />for the new Marlins Ballpark and Parking <br />Facilities. <br />City of Miami Beach Parking Facilit.i- <br />Our firm has an extensive history managing parks <br />and parking facility projects similar in scope and <br />complexity to the City of Sunny Isles Beach <br />projects. For the last three years, URS Team's <br />proposed Construction Manager, Steve Baumal, <br />has been serving as Miami -Dade County's <br />Owner's Representative for the Marlins Ballpark, <br />now in the completion stages. The Ballpark <br />program includes four parking structures.
