We are proud to have been selected through a competitive process for continuing contracts for Construction Managers for Palm Beach State College formerly Palm Beach Community College, and Broward College, formerly Broward Community College and a continuing contract with Miami Dade College for Miscellaneous General Construction Services for various Miami Dade College Campus', as well as being hand selected as one of only two contractors on a price based General Construction Services Continuing Contract with Martin County. FMCI has worked diligently in our community and throughout the state to achieve a reputation for quality construction projects and high owner satisfaction. This happens due to our dedication to teamwork and working towards finishing jobs on schedule and under budget. The FMCI approach applies our resources and experience in project management, scheduling, cost control, design management, cost analysis, construction planning, logistics, implementation, and computerized program management systems. FMCI is the right solution for managing multiple and complex projects for the following reasons: Dedicated resources -The FMCI team will ensure that personnel and resources are dedicated to the program needs, and not distracted by external agendas, thereby allowing the owners personnel to be free to focus on their own obligations. Accountability- Our team will take ownership through proactive, no excuses management of the program, addressing issues, mitigating risks for the projects, and solving problems without impacting the staff or the schedule. This in turn, will maximize efficiency and control costs and set the atmosphere for responsiveness so that both teams can respond to issues as they arise. Partnership -The FMCI team serves as a funnel to provide the entire team with the essential information and the tools needed to keep the team informed and make knowledgeable decisions. FMCI also has the capability to host a dedicated website which will inform the team of real time scheduling, answers, cost control, meeting minutes, RFI's, submittals, and correspondences. The software packages utilized will be Expedition, Primavera P6, and ComputerEase. We at FMCI pride ourselves in our extensive diversity, dedication and knowledge.
