C= U B LD RN - SECTION 4 // APPROACH /METHODOLOGY <br />GOOD COMPANY. <br />PROPOSER'SAPPROACH METHODOLOGYTO PROVIDINGTHE <br />SERVICES REQUESTED <br />The Weitz Company has the depth of resources required to service all <br />of the City of Sunny Isles Beach needs. With 50 full time Professionals <br />in South Florida and more than 800 nationally we will complete the task <br />required. <br />JONATHAN SHARON <br />Based on our experience with other Construction Manager assignment <br />we propose a Project Manager, Jonathan Sharon, to manage the day to <br />day tasks outlined in the Scope of Services Section of the RFP. Jonathan <br />was Weitz on -site engineer for the City's Government Center project <br />so he knows the City's expectations and has a history of delivering on <br />them. He would manage the flow of information and hold individuals <br />accountable for commitments. He will also manage the schedule and The <br />Last Planer process. <br />DEREK BIXBY <br />Jonathan would be supplemented by a Project Superintendant to <br />perform QC checks in the field on a daily basis as well as help coordinate <br />problem resolution. <br />GARY HENNINGS <br />In order to provide the best cost analysis and feedback Gary Hennings <br />will assist Jonathan on every aspect of cost and building system <br />analysis. A 30 year veteran of the South Florida market Gary has the <br />relationships to leverage on the City's behalf. Gary worked with the City <br />on the Government Center project and will be available to service all of <br />the cost needs of the project team. <br />JIM WELLS <br />Jim Wells will work closely with the project team and the City to make <br />sure all concerns are addressed and your expectations are met. <br />JONTORI <br />Jon Tori is the Principal for the Florida operations of The Weitz Company. <br />He will ensure that all of the resources we mention earlier in this section <br />are made available to the City of Sunny Isles Beach as committed or <br />needed. <br />The Weitz Company is often tasked with challenging projects with tight <br />time lines.
