Hines, CMC, City Clerk <br />Attached for your consideration is a Resolution approving a request for temporary use of food <br />truck service. <br />I CY.T1flKH.F0111►I lIa <br />The Applicant is requesting approval for the temporary placement of a food truck to be located at <br />17315 Collins Avenue until October 2012. The food truck will serve as a short term solution to <br />provide food to guests at the hotel until the restaurant kitchen is constructed and operational. <br />Staff recommends the following conditions: <br />(1) Remove food truck and service within one (1) month of approved temporary use. <br />(2) Obtain electrical permit to install an electrical service station for the food truck. <br />REASONS: <br />Pursuant to section 265 -14, the City may issue a pemlit for a temporary use or structure not <br />permitted in a particular zoning district. <br />ATTACHMENTS: <br />• Resolution <br />• Application <br />• Site Plan <br />
