hNN/ it+ SECOND AMENDMENT TO THE AGREEMENT BETWEEN =r THE CITY OF SUNNY ISLES BEACH AND ° BEISWENGER, HOCH AND ASSOCIATES, INC. CONTRACT NO. C1112 -048 This Second Amendment to the Agreement between the City of Sunny Isles Beach ( "City ") and Beiswenger, Hoch and Associates, Inc., ( "Consultant ") executed this day of , 2012, is made a part of the original Agreement, C 1011 -031 ( "Agreement ") approved by Resolution No. 2011 -1693 on March 17, 2011, and incorporated herein by reference, between the City and Consultant, a business corporation licensed in the State of Florida, whose Federal Identification # is The City and Consultant hereby agree as follows: 1. ADDITIONAL SERVICES TO BE PERFORMED: The scope of services, as set forth in Section 2 of the original Agreement between the parties, is hereby amended to include additional engineering services for the Sunny Isles Beach Fishing Pier Restaurant, as more particularly described in Attachment "A ", which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference. 2. COST: The payment to the Consultant, as set forth in Section 4 of the original Agreement, is hereby amended to include additional compensation for the additional services to be performed, in an amount not to exceed Seven Thousand Three Hundred Ten Dollars ($7,310.00). 3. OTHER PROVISIONS REMAIN IN EFFECT: Except as specifically modified herein, all terms and conditions of the original Agreement between the parties, approved by Resolution No. 2011 -1693 on March 17, 2011, and the First Amendment to the Agreement, approved by Resolution No. 2012 -1911 on May 10, 2012, shall remain in full force and effect.
