� "r of SUM P- <br />Repair or replace any netting or screening at the baseball field in Pelican <br />Community Park. The repairs are to be made only upon authorization of the <br />City, but the Proposers are responsible for immediately notifying the City of any <br />holes or openings that are found during the daily servicing and inspection of the <br />park. The repairs will be done to industry standards and shall follow the <br />recommendations of the manufacturer. <br />K6 PRESSURE CLEAN SIDEWALKS <br />Pressure clean sidewalk areas as specifically directed by the City. This proposal <br />item is intended to cover unique situations (such as an accident that leaves <br />debris or staining) on the City's sidewalks, streets, parking lots, or other areas. <br />K7 REPLACE / REPAIR STREET SIGNS <br />Replace or repair street signs (stop signs, street name signs, yield signs, etc.) on <br />City properties (does not include FDOT roadways such as Collins Avenue and <br />Sunny Isles Boulevard). The City will purchase and supply the sign boards /post <br />and provide them to the Proposers. <br />K8 COLLECTION OF SHOPPING CHARTS <br />Collect shopping carts from public property and return them to the owner. For <br />the Proposers to receive payments under this item, the service must be <br />specifically requested by the City, though the Proposers is required to notify the <br />City immediately of any carts found while performing the daily servicing and <br />inspection of the City. <br />K9 MINOR TOUCH -UP PAINT <br />Clean, repair, and provide minor touch -up paint to Bus Shelters or Benches on <br />City properties. This proposal item is intended to cover unique situations (such <br />as an accident that causes damage to a bench or shelter) on the City's streets. <br />K10 HANG BANNERS <br />Hang banners in the locations designated by the City. This proposal item is <br />intended to include all work necessary, including any needed repairs to, or <br />replacement of, the arms that support the banners. For payments under this <br />item, the service must be specifically requested by the City for a unique and <br />specific task, however the Proposers is responsible for immediately notifying the <br />City if any missing or damaged banners are found during the regular servicing <br />and inspection of the streets. <br />K11 MOVE THE LIFE GUARD STANDS <br />City of Sunny Isles Beach I Request for Proposal No. 12 -05 -01 <br />
