Lukes Landscaping Proposed Management Plan <br />Number of Staff Key Personnel Operational Narrative <br />1 <br />Branch Manager <br />- Oversees all operations <br />- Oversees contractual compliance and adherence <br />- Maintains complete decision - making authority on <br />behalf of contractor <br />- Assures complete communications systems. <br />1 <br />Account Manager <br />- Oversees operations of all crews and staff assigned to <br />property <br />- Assures full provision of equipment, resources and <br />support for site -based operation. <br />- Assures proper and complete communication with <br />client for both contractual compliance and <br />enhancements. <br />1 <br />Site Supervisor <br />- Will be direct "point of contract" for property <br />representive. <br />- Available 24 hours per day via cellular phone and e- <br />mail by blackberry. <br />- Will perform daily check -ins and weekly meetings with <br />property representative. <br />- Will perform daily quality control inspection on <br />property. <br />- Maintains complete decision - making authority for on- <br />field operations. <br />15 <br />Mowing Crew <br />- Assures proper timely completion of mowing, edging <br />and trimming processes. <br />- Fully staffed mowing crews will assure on time <br />completion of contracted mowing schedule. <br />- Crew supervisor will perform quality control <br />inspections of all mowing operations. <br />- Full equipment list is provided with this proposal. <br />2 <br />Pest Control <br />- Licensed applicators in lawn and ornamental to apply <br />& Fertilization <br />pesticides as needed. <br />- Will apply a company- designed application cycle of <br />Technicians <br />both granular and liquid products. <br />- Will perform weekly Integrated Pest Management <br />(IPM) service visits to assure pro- active results to <br />emerged pest problems. <br />- Will operate state -of- the -art, high - pressure tanker <br />trucks and power spreader granular application <br />equipment. <br />- Full equipment list for application specialty equipment <br />is provided with this proposal. <br />
