3. Staffing Plan: Nanak's Landscaping currently employs 125 people across all divisions of the firm. Almost all personnel from the Foreman level to the Division Manager level have been with the firm at least 5 years, and many have been with the company for a decade or more. The management team for the City of Sunny Isles RFP 12 -05 -01 will consist of: Deva S. Khalsa President /Owner Deva Khalsa established Nanak's Landscaping, Inc. in Miami, FL in 1977 as a small operator serving the single family residential market. He quickly established a reputation for excellence and began to build a loyal client base. His service began to expand to the commercial marketplace where it has continued to grow. Over the years, he has continued to hire professionals who embrace his vision of a firm where people matter and the clients' satisfaction is the top priority. Today, Nanak's Landscaping boasts average annual revenues of $6 million and is widely respected in South Florida. As owner, he will be the responsible authority for Nanak's Landscaping's agreement with the City of Sunny Isles and confirms his dedication and commitment to section 3.11.3 of the RFP and will be responsible for the coordination of work. Tiffany Turnquest General Manager State of Florida Cert. Pest Operator L80 JF5857 GI - BMP Certification #10456 -1 Tiffany has worked in the South Florida landscape maintenance industry since 1986. Having studied Environmental Horticulture and Entomology at Broward Community College, Tiffany became a State of Florida Certified Pest Operator in 1992. After serving as the Fertilization and Pest Control Division Manager and later the Director of Operations at another landscaping company, Tiffany began her career with Nanak's Landscaping in 1998 as the company's General Manager and now also works as one of the landscape designers. Tiffany has completed the GI -BMP course as part of the UF/ IFAS Florida Friendly Landscaping program. She also maintains the firm's State of Florida Pest Control License for Lawn and Ornamental applications and has completed the following continuing education courses over the last five years.
