3. Staffing Plan: <br />Nanak's Landscaping currently employs 125 people across all divisions of the <br />firm. Almost all personnel from the Foreman level to the Division Manager level <br />have been with the firm at least 5 years, and many have been with the <br />company for a decade or more. The management team for the City of Sunny <br />Isles RFP 12 -05 -01 will consist of: <br />Deva S. Khalsa <br />President /Owner <br />Deva Khalsa established Nanak's Landscaping, Inc. in Miami, FL in 1977 as a <br />small operator serving the single family residential market. He quickly established <br />a reputation for excellence and began to build a loyal client base. His service <br />began to expand to the commercial marketplace where it has continued to <br />grow. Over the years, he has continued to hire professionals who embrace his <br />vision of a firm where people matter and the clients' satisfaction is the top <br />priority. Today, Nanak's Landscaping boasts average annual revenues of $6 <br />million and is widely respected in South Florida. As owner, he will be the <br />responsible authority for Nanak's Landscaping's agreement with the City of <br />Sunny Isles and confirms his dedication and commitment to section 3.11.3 of the <br />RFP and will be responsible for the coordination of work. <br />Tiffany Turnquest <br />General Manager <br />State of Florida Cert. Pest Operator L80 JF5857 <br />GI - BMP Certification #10456 -1 <br />Tiffany has worked in the South Florida landscape maintenance industry since <br />1986. Having studied Environmental Horticulture and Entomology at Broward <br />Community College, Tiffany became a State of Florida Certified Pest Operator in <br />1992. After serving as the Fertilization and Pest Control Division Manager and <br />later the Director of Operations at another landscaping company, Tiffany <br />began her career with Nanak's Landscaping in 1998 as the company's General <br />Manager and now also works as one of the landscape designers. Tiffany has <br />completed the GI -BMP course as part of the UF/ IFAS Florida Friendly <br />Landscaping program. She also maintains the firm's State of Florida Pest Control <br />License for Lawn and Ornamental applications and has completed the <br />following continuing education courses over the last five years. <br />
