Roger "Dale" Patton <br />Fertilization/ Pest Control Division Manager <br />GI - BMP Certification #GV10439 -1 <br />Dale has worked in the green industry for more than 20 years and in virtually all <br />sectors. He has been with the firm since 2006 where he began his career as a <br />crew foreman. He served in that role with distinction and was promoted in 2009 <br />to Fertilization /Pest Control Division Manager. He has excelled in that role and <br />completed the GI -BMP course as part of the UF/ IFAS Florida Friendly <br />Landscaping program. <br />James Socash, Landscape Architect <br />JFS DESIGN LICENSE - 000393 <br />JAMES F. SOCASH RLA LICENSE - 0001132 <br />Mr. Socash has partnered with Nanak's Landscaping on several project and will <br />serve as our Landscape Architect in regards to the RFP for City wide <br />maintenance. <br />For RFP 12- 05 -01, the aforementioned team members will play a role as will our <br />office staff, middle managers, and regular laborers. Upon award of the <br />contract, a pre- commencement meeting will be held with all the Owner, <br />Department Managers, the Area Service Manager, and City Representative to <br />review the City's requirements as well as identify any special requests from the <br />City. Primary daily responsibility for the maintenance of an account falls on the <br />Area Service Manager assigned to the project. The Area Service Manager <br />directly oversees the recurring lawn and landscape maintenance operations as <br />well as coordinates additional contracted services with those department <br />managers. The City project will require an estimated 17 full -time employees to <br />insure the proper completion and execution of the scope of work. Additional <br />personnel will be available as support. <br />
