I have <br />worked with Kevin Hunt for almost fifteen years. In that time, they have consistently provided <br />superior landscaping services. Kevin's experience has been extremely helpful in determining <br />comprehensive landscaping programs, which include, irrigation, tree care, pest control, plant <br />replacement, and annual flower scheduling. <br />One particular project illustrates their attention to detail, concern for quality, and effective use <br />of available funds. Sheridan Street Offices were an absolute mess when we took over the <br />management of the property. Almost all of turf in the islands and median were dead, trees were <br />overgrown, the irrigation system barely functioned and the shrubs along Sheridan Street had <br />grown to over five feet tall, effectively blocking the view of the property. Nanak's put together, <br />a comprehensive plan that dramatically improved curb appeal while still staying within budget. <br />Kevin devised a "let's do a little at a time" approach, where by the regular maintenance crews <br />were able to target specific areas of the property at a time, thus eliminating expense up -front <br />refurbishment costs.
