7. Availability: <br />While the Nanak's team will be providing full time personnel to provide service <br />under this agreement with the City, there may be time when additional services <br />and /or assistance are required. As mentioned in Section 4, there will be full time <br />team members assigned to perform non - recurring tasks upon request. <br />However, in the event the matter at hand is more than assigned City crews can <br />handle, Nanak's maintains a significant portfolio of clients within 5 miles of the <br />City of Sunny Isles. Currently, we maintain properties in Hollywood, Hallandale <br />Beach, Aventura, and Virginia Gardens. On any given day, these other <br />maintenance personnel are no more than 30 minutes away on other <br />assignments. In addition, Nanak's services other property is South and West <br />Miami -Dade County as well as South Broward County. Additional response <br />teams can be dispatched and respond within 2 hours. <br />The most significant advantage in using our services is our independence and <br />flexibility. When dealing with Nanak's, the City will be dealing directly with the <br />owner and /or staff at the executive level. <br />
