SFM Services, Inc. submitted a bid to provide landscape maintenance services to the City <br />of Homestead in October 2011. The original bid tabulations SFM was the apparent low <br />bidder in 1 section and was verbally told it was going to be awarded. <br />A few weeks later the bid tabulations were manipulated therefore SFM was no longer <br />the apparent low bidder. SFM served a formal bid protest and made it's argument in <br />front of the commission. Commission decided to continue with their award process and <br />not award the contract to SFM. SFM decided not to pursue further. <br />
