Certified Arborist, FNGLA Maintenance Technician, Pesticide Applicator <br />Responsibilities: Oversees all aspects of landscape and client relations. <br />Giovanni Lignarolo, Operations Manager <br />Years Experience: 12 years; 8 of them with SFM <br />Education: A.A. from Miami -Dade College <br />Qualifications: Certified in Best Mgmt Practices & Horticulture <br />Responsibilities: Oversees day -to -day operations of over 120 landscapers. Assure contracts are <br />performed within budget and as per contract specifications. <br />Christian Infante, Vice President <br />Years Experience: 12 years; 12 of them with SFM <br />Education: B.B.A. from FIU <br />Qualifications: I.S.A. Certified Arborist <br />Responsibilities: Involved in all aspects of landscape. Assures <br />contract compliance and involved in business development. <br />Robert Fisk, Sr. Project Manager <br />Years Experience: 15 years; 1 of them with SFM <br />Education: B.A. Landscape Architecture from Louisiana State. <br />Qualifications: Certified in Best Mgmt Practices & Horticulture. ISA Arborist <br />Responsibilities: Oversees landscape projects, quality control, plant purchasing and all phases of <br />project until completed. <br />Continued Training: Attends various landscape workshops provided by OF Cooperative Extension. <br />SFM will place Mr. Robert Fisk as the senior project manager in the City of Sunny Isles Beach. He <br />will be communicating on a daily basis with the city. Mr. Fisk has extensive experience as mentioned <br />above. He will be equipped with blackberry phone /email and will have the support of crews <br />mentioned below. <br />Services will be carried out with the following: <br />1- Project Manager <br />1- Project Foreman <br />1- Litter control person <br />1- Landscaper for parks <br />6- Landscaper for medians & right of ways <br />2 -Tree trimmers on bucket truck <br />1- Irrigation technician <br />2- Landscapers for miscellaneous planting <br />RFP No. 12 -05 -01 �� <br />
