Generators and light stands Truck Route: • Material and equipment delivery access will be arriving from Interstate 95 and or US Highway 1; then along Route 826 East to 163rd Street; turning right on Collins avenue on to Kings Point Drive. See attached Truck Route as Exhibit A. It is anticipated that all materials can be stored on the property prior to incorporation into the project. There will - need to be some coordination of deliveries along Kings Point drive which will be conducted in accordance with the appropriate permits and approvals procured by the contractor(s) selected for the project. In addition, we will have OSHA compliant certified flagmen, (Gate Attendants) at each gate that will ensure the entering and exiting of all trucks from the site minimizes disruption to traffic. Material Storage Location: We will store materials onsite and within the confines of our construction fence and within the building throughout the course of the project. Construction Trailers: We will have Construction Offices/Trailers onsite. See enclosed Exhibit B, Phased Logistics Plan, for the proposed location. Traffic Control: Sidewalk and lane closures will be required for certain key activities, such as: the delivery, erection, dismantling, and removal of the tower crane, utility work and connections. We will follow the required guidelines and submit proper MOT plans and obtain permits as required during the course of the project. Parking: The number of workers will vary during the course of the project, but at peak, we estimate that we will have approximately 200 individual workers. We will emphasize and encourage the need to carpool to ensure that there is minimal impact to the areas available for public parking.
