• Plans and Specifications <br /> • Invitation to Bid 15-05-01, and any addendums issued thereto <br /> • Contractor's Response to Invitation to Bid No. 15-05-01 <br /> Where provisions of laws, codes, manufacturer's specifications or warranties or <br /> industry standards are in conflict, the more restrictive or higher quality shall govern <br /> 24.3 In the event of conflicts with the plans and specifications, the priorities stated below <br /> shall govern: <br /> • Schedules, when identified as such shall govern over all other portions of the <br /> plans <br /> • Specific notes shall govern over all other notes, and all other portions of <br /> the plans, unless specifically stated otherwise <br /> • Larger scale drawings shall govern over smaller scale drawings <br /> • Figured or numerical dimensions shall govern over dimensions obtained <br /> by scaling <br /> • Where provisions of codes, manufacturer's specifications or industry <br /> standards are in conflict, the more restrictive or higher quality shall govern <br /> 24.4 In the event omissions in the Contract Documents are not complete as to any incidental <br /> detail of construction or construction system or with regard to the manner of combining or <br /> installing equipment, parts, or materials, such detail shall be deemed to be an implied requirement <br /> of the Contract Documents. "Minor Detail" shall include the concept of substantially identical <br /> components, where the price of each such component is small. The quality and quantity of the <br /> equipment, material, or part so furnished shall conform to trade standards and be compatible with <br /> the type, composition, strength, size and profile of the.equipment, materials or parts otherwise <br /> specified in the Contract Documents. <br /> ARTICLE 25. NOTICES <br /> Whenever either party desires to give written notice to the other, such must be addressed to the party <br /> for whom it is intended at the place last specified; and the place for giving of notice shall remain <br /> such until it shall have.been changed by written notice given in accordance with the provisions of <br /> this Article. Notice shall be deemed given on the date received or within 3 days of mailing, if <br /> mailed through the United States Postal Service. Notice shall be deemed given on the date sent <br /> via e-mail or facsimile. Notice shall be deemed given via courier/delivery service upon the initial <br /> delivery date by the courier/delivery service.
