ARTICLE 29. INSURANCE REQUIREMENTS <br /> 29.1 Contractor shall not start Work under this Agreement until it has delivered to the City <br /> certificates of insurance clearly indicating that the Contractor is in compliance with the following <br /> Insurance Requirements: <br /> Comprehensive General Liability with minimum limits of Five Million Dollars <br /> ($5,000,000.00) per occurrence combined single limit for Bodily Injury Liability and <br /> Property Damage Liability. Coverage must be afforded on a form no more restrictive than <br /> the latest edition of the Comprehensive General Liability policy, without restrictive <br /> endorsements, as filed by the Insurance Services Office, and must include: <br /> o Premises and Operation <br /> o Independent Contractors <br /> o Products and/or Completed Operations Hazard <br /> o Broad Form Property Damage <br /> o Broad Form Contractual Coverage applicable to this specific Contract, including <br /> any hold harmless and/or indemnification agreement. <br /> o Personal Injury Coverage with Employee and Contractual Exclusions removed, <br /> with minimum limits of coverage equal to those required for Bodily Injury Liability <br /> and Property Damage Liability. <br /> At the Contractor's expense,it will provide Builders Risk Insurance(BRI)for the full value <br /> of the completed project. The BRI shall be in place, naming the City as additionally <br /> insured,prior to mobilization and will remain in effect until final completion of the project. <br /> Workers' Compensation in accordance with Florida Statute, including Employers' <br /> Liability with separate limits of$1,000,000 for all causes. <br /> Business Automobile Liability with minimum limits of Five Million Dollars <br /> ($5,000,000.00) per occurrence combined single limit for Bodily Injury Liability and <br /> Property Damage Liability. Coverage must be afforded on a form no more restrictive than <br /> the latest edition of the Business Automobile Liability policy, without restrictive <br /> endorsements, as filed by the Insurance Services Office, and must include: <br /> o Owned Vehicles; <br /> o Hired and Non-Owned Vehicles; <br /> o Employers' Non-Ownership. <br /> Before starting the Work, the Contractor will file and make sure that all certificates <br /> of insurance required by this Agreement are in the City's possession. These <br /> certificates shall contain a provision that the coverage afforded under the policies <br /> will not be canceled or materially changed until at least thirty(30)days prior written <br /> notice has been given to the City by certified mail. The City shall be named as an <br /> additional insured on the above-referenced policies. <br /> Contractor agrees that if any part of the Work under is subcontracted, they will <br /> require the Sub-contractor(s) to carry insurance as required, and that they will <br /> C6154-1617-036—EBSARY FOUNDATION CO. 18 <br /> S � <br />
