<br /> 3.10 PARKING
<br /> Parking will be under the William Lehman Causeway (19200 Collins ave). The City will provide a
<br /> bus to bring workers from the lot under the causeway to the park prior to the event and from the
<br /> park to the lot after the event. The City will coordinate with the vendor the pickup times with the
<br /> awarded vendor. Parking on site can consist of up to two food trucks and one ice truck(if needed).
<br /> 3.11 PLATES AND UTENSILS
<br /> The vendor must supply all plates, utensils, cups, napkins and serving dishes.
<br /> 3.12 ITEMS PROVIDED BY THE CITY
<br /> To ensure that the specified services meet the requirements of the City of Sunny Isles Beach, the
<br /> City will provide/ perform / furnish to the Caterer the following:
<br /> • Tent for food service
<br /> • Barricades for lines &to block off cooking area
<br /> • Staff to check people into the serving area (vendor to provide serving staff)
<br /> 3.13 SITE
<br /> The site of the event will be located at Town Center Park at 17200 Collins Ave, Sunny Isles Beach,
<br /> FL 33160. The area available for the caterer is no greater than a 60'x 60'area inclusive of a 40'x
<br /> 60' tented serving area. There will be space allotted for 1 box truck to allow for the immediate
<br /> access of .erishable food items
