Cliff has successfully <br /> worked with Fortune 100, government agencies, hospitals and schools. <br /> Relevant Past Performance for which Cliff had direct responsibility: <br /> Cliff has led the design and deployment of enterprise-wide physical security solutions for major <br /> accounts across Florida including: Daytona Beach & Tampa Intl Airports, Universal Studios, <br /> Hard Rock-Seminole Casinos, Hillsborough County Sheriff, Tampa General Hospital, Baycare <br /> Health Systems, Brevard and Manatee Community Colleges to name a few. <br /> James A. Haley Veterans Administration Hospital, Tampa <br /> Led first smart card initiative in the State of Florida combining Department of Treasury, Nations <br /> Bank and Veterans Administration patient records. Scope of project was to digitize medical <br /> records for improved patient care. Programmed software for encoding smart cards for over <br /> 20,000 patients. Installed and demonstrated first operational system for subsequent national <br /> program roll-out. <br /> Baycare Health Systems, Tampa Bay <br /> Designed and implemented centralized employee ID system for seven hospitals containing over <br /> IL 18,000 employees and implemented 275-device access control at four hospitals. Provided <br /> project interface with marketing, security, human resources, and IT departments. <br /> Universal Studios, Orlando <br /> Eliminated 24 disparate identification systems by designing and implementing a single, <br /> enterprise-wide identification system for season pass purchases. Responsible for <br /> hardware and software design, database integration, installation and technical support for the <br /> system which handled over 300,000 season passes in the first 6 months of operation. <br /> Seminole Casinos/ Hard Rock Casinos <br /> Established high security employee ID system for all five casinos throughout Florida. Project <br /> scope included design, programming, installation, software configuration, training and support. <br /> Daytona Beach International Airport <br /> Led integration of access control and surveillance system throughout the airport using multiple <br /> integration and installation firms.
