Section 3 - Staffing <br /> Aware Digital has a full time staff of over 45 full time employees. 11 of which are fully <br /> MOT certified. In additional Aware Digital has engineers fully certified to train and install <br /> the manufacturer LPR cameras and related equipment. Our Key management <br /> personnel that will be assigned and will oversee the project are as follows; <br /> Senior Overseeing Project Manager/Owner— Joshua Mann <br /> 12+ years of experience in the IT, Telecommunications and product development fields. <br /> Mr. Mann is the President and Founder of Aware Digital, Inc., a company that has seen <br /> year over year growth since inception of over 100%. Mr. Mann has extensive <br /> experience in satellite video delivery, surveillance system design and consulting, <br /> software development for video surveillance and overall experience in getting large <br /> projects accomplished. Having personally overseen the completion of projects totaling <br /> more than 3,000 cameras. Mr. Mann has overseen city wide projects with Hallandale <br /> Beach, Dania Beach and many other wireless projects. <br /> Operations Manager/ Homeland Security Director— Alan Bock <br /> Extensive experience in the Homeland Security / Emergency Management Arena. As <br /> the State Director of Homeland Security for the State of South Dakota, he managed the <br /> anti-terrorism Homeland Security programs, and oversaw funding for state training and <br /> grant programs, in excess of $20 million. As the State Administrator of Homeland <br /> Security (and related grants) Alan assisted city, county, state and tribal governments <br /> with the acquisition /procurement of resources needed to both prevent acts of terrorism <br /> and natural disasters and to respond and recover should one occur. He interfaced and <br /> coordinated efforts with Joint Terrorism task Force (JTTF), State Police, State <br /> Emergency Management, Federal, County, Local agencies and businesses in response <br /> to Natural Disasters and Man-made disasters. He coordinated an extensive <br /> information-sharing network (Fusion Center) between all levels of government local <br /> officials and the business community. Alan was brought in as an advisor and subject <br /> matter expert to the Department of Homeland Security Secretary, Janet Napolitano's <br /> committee on the reorganization of the National Warning System. Additionally, he has <br /> over 30 years of police experience with Broward Sherriff's Office specializing in <br /> Homeland Security, Critical Infrastructure, Investigative, Project Management, Dignitary <br /> Protection Operations, and Supervision. He has taught and consulted in the private <br /> sector related to emergency prevention and response, WMD, and is a court expert in <br /> the field of premises liability and negligence. <br /> Aware Digital Inc.
