�•- COST OF SERVICES/SALES QUOTATION <br /> The Sales Quotation for this project can be found on the following page(s) containing all <br /> software, hardware, professional services and ongoing maintenance required to <br /> accomplish the tasks outlined in the Scope of Work. Each component is itemized by <br /> price and quantity on the attached Sales Quotations. <br /> Cost is based on certain work / implementation assumptions that will be addressed in <br /> pre-construction discussions with the project manager. <br /> Assumptions <br /> Camera locations, distance to intended targets, direction of travel and fields of view <br /> identified on the Google Earth maps were estimated. L-3 makes no guarantee that the <br /> specified locations will provide the necessary fields of view. <br /> All equipment, hardware and software will be provided by L3. <br /> Number of CPU's is assumed to be correct for each Location. If due to mounting and <br /> location constraints additional are required additional installation costs will be incurred. <br /> L-3 estimates the installation pace to be 1 pole installed per day <br /> L-3 assumes that the Client owns, or will gain written authorization to mount equipment to <br /> all proposed installation assets/poles at the specified Locations. <br /> L-3 assumes that permits, if any, will be pulled by the client. <br /> This proposal does not include interaction w/ FP&L, FDOT or other non-client entities. <br /> L-3 assumes that each Location has constant and available AC electrical service. <br /> No trenching, directional boring or concrete pad installation are included in this scope of <br /> work. <br /> No wireless equipment is included in this scope of work. Communications are the <br /> responsibility of the City. <br /> It is presumed that the poles exist and electrical power is provide by the City at the pole. If <br /> the City desires L3 to install poles or the power is not provided at the pole then that would <br /> be considered out of scope work. <br /> Wind/weight load calculations for proposed equipment and engineering services are not <br /> provided in the scope of this proposal and can be provided for an additional fee. <br /> As-built drawings are not included in the scope of this proposal and can be provided for an <br /> additional fee. <br /> Installation performed during normal business hours only. <br /> There is a 6-month warranty on installation services which commences from the date of <br /> customer acceptance or 30 days after the last Location has been installed, whichever comes <br /> first. <br /> L <br /> 1 I L-3 Mobile-Vision <br />
