Qualifications <br /> Sunny Isles Beach ALPR RFP 9-27-2012 <br /> - <br /> databases not stored on the on-board unit, while obviously slower than <br /> matching against on-board databases, will enable the system to process <br /> against new or more current databases that are not loaded into the on- <br /> board units, such as daily updates due to amber alerts, terrorist alerts, <br /> general broadcast, newly stolen, or other critical or spontaneous vehicles <br /> of interest. <br /> 10 System shall provide capability to remotely notify parties, all patrol vehicle COMPLY <br /> operators, when matches, hits or alerts occur via wireless or radio <br /> communications where available. <br /> 11 System shall provide the capability to setup multiple layers of security and COMPLY <br /> configuration so that certain matches (i.e. certain covert operations <br /> databases) may alert only those officers with appropriate privileges. <br /> 12 System shall provide the ability to load, from external sources, and store COMPLY <br /> multiple large databases containing license plates of vehicles of interest. <br /> This loading process shall be accomplished within a reasonably short <br /> period of time since some of the databases may be loaded daily into the <br /> system. <br /> 13 System shall provide the capability to capture, store, display and interpret COMPLY <br /> the required images from the equipment either traveling at normal or high <br /> speeds. <br /> L 14 System shall provide capability to network to the current patrol vehicles so COMPLY <br /> that patrol vehicles shall be able to access the ALPR system via a vendor <br /> provided web server. <br /> 15 System shall provide the capability to conduct manual searches against COMPLY <br /> recorded data, including the ability to search for partial plates. <br /> 16 System shall include availability to purchase a five (5) year maintenance COMPLY <br /> agreement on all hardware, software, and software upgrades. <br /> 17 System shall be ruggedized according to generally accepted standards COMPLY <br /> for electronic equipment used for exterior fixed locations (i.e. able to <br /> operate in expected Florida temperatures to include heat, moisture, salt <br /> spray and hurricane winds)without loss of data or functionality. <br /> 18 System shall provide capability to interface, download, upload, and COMPLY <br /> communicate with existing computers. <br /> 19 HOT LISTS The crime data bases include local, State (Florida Crime COMPLY <br /> Information Center), and national (National Crime Information Center) <br /> each providing updated information in the form of"Hot Lists". <br /> 20 System shall using advanced camera, recognition, and database COMPLY <br /> technology, automatically capture images of vehicle license plate <br /> numbers and instantly check those numbers against a variety of vehicle <br /> "hot files" held in the systems databases. <br /> L <br /> 31L -3 Mobile -Vision , Inc . <br /> 800 -336 -8475 <br /> www .
