RESOLUTION NO. 2012- 191'7 <br /> A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF <br /> SUNNY ISLES BEACH, FLORIDA, APPROVING AN EXTENSION <br /> TO NOVEMBER 1, 2012 FOR TEMPORARY USE OF FOOD <br /> TRUCK SERVICE AT SOLE CONDOMINIUM/HOTEL <br /> LOCATED AT 17315 COLLINS AVENUE; PROVIDING FOR AN <br /> EFFECTIVE DATE. <br /> WHEREAS, the City has the authority to approve certain temporary uses within certain <br /> zoning districts; and <br /> WHEREAS, on June 21, 2012 via Resolution No. 2012-1917 the City Commission <br /> approved temporary food truck service at the Sole Condominium/Hotel at 17315 Collins Avenue <br /> located in the area designated in the plans submitted to the City Commission at the public <br /> meeting on June 21, 2012, for a period not to exceed Ninety (90) days; and <br /> WHEREAS, the Applicant, 17315 Collins Avenue, LLC, obtained a permit to install the <br /> service station for the catering truck; and <br /> WHEREAS, the City Commission now wishes to grant an extension to Sole <br /> Condominium/Hotel to November 1, 2012 for the food truck service. <br /> NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY <br /> OF SUNNY ISLES BEACH, FLORIDA, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> Section 1. Extension of Temporary Use and Conditions. The City Commission hereby <br /> approves an extension to November 1, 2012 of the temporary food truck service at the Sole <br /> Condominium/Hotel at 17315 Collins Avenue. This approval shall be null and void if Sole fails <br /> to comply with the conditions herein. <br /> Section 2. Effective Date.
