Sanders, Director of Public Works <br />9/20/2012 <br />Ratification of the Annual Home Depot Purchases <br />RECOMMENDATION: <br />It is recommended that the City Commission approve the attached resolution to ratify the <br />purchase of Home Depot items for the Fiscal year of 2011/2012 an additional $10,000.00 <br />REASONS: <br />The City currently purchase supplies and equipment for repair and maintenance on City <br />owned facilities. On October 20, 2011 the City Commission approved Resolution 2011- <br />1787 that allowed staff to purchase supplies and equipment for repair and maintenance of <br />City owned facilities and parks from Home Depot in an amount not to exceed $39,000.00 <br />Staff is requesting an additional $10,000.00, bringing the total amount not to exceed to <br />$49,000.00 to cover outstanding invoices for the remainder of this fiscal year.
