No. Z2012 -11 <br />RECOMMENDATION: <br />Staff has no objections to the applicant's request. The application is generally consistent with the <br />City Comprehensive Plan and with the City Land Development Regulations. <br />REASONS: <br />This project was initially presented to the City Commission on October 19, 2006, the project was <br />unanimously approved under Resolution 06 -Z -104; the present submission is basically the same <br />design with some minor modifications in order to be in compliance with new City and Fire <br />Department requirements. The Applicant is re- applying for site plan approval for a proposed <br />development consisting of two twenty -story towers on a garage /residential unit pedestal base <br />with a total of 230 units. Additionally, the Applicant proposes an enclosed commercial marina <br />building with 96 enclosed dry storage spaces, 36 wet slips and an area for seven (7) boats in dry <br />storage staging. The Applicant is also requesting approval to utilize 83,490 square feet and 46 <br />units of Transfer Development Rights (TDRs) privately owned by the Applicant.
