CONTRACTOR SHALL PROVIDE DOCUMENTATION FROM THE WELL DRILLER <br />INSURING THAT THE DISPOSAL WELL ATTAINED A MINIMUM DISCHARGE <br />CAPACITY OF 300 GPM AT 1.50 FEET OF HEAD (MINIMUM). IF THESE <br />WELL DISCHARGE CAPACITIES ARE NOT OTBAINED, THE ENGINEER MUST <br />BE NOTIFIED IMMEDIATELY. <br />6. CONTRACTOR SHALL MAINTAIN SEDIMENT TANK CLEAN OF ANY DEBRIS <br />FOR THE LENGHT OF THE PROJECT.
