The successful contractor shall be responsible <br /> for, at its own expense, obtaining all necessary permits and pay all licenses, fees and taxes, <br /> required to comply with all local laws and ordinances; county, state and federal laws, rules and <br /> regulations which are applicable to the business to be carried on under this contract. Successful <br /> proposer shall be responsible for all sales tax, licenses, fees, etc., and shall not deduct such from <br /> the percentage fee owed to the City. <br /> 2.7 PERFORMANCE AND PAYMENT BOND <br /> Intentionally Omitted. <br /> 2.8 DELIVERY <br /> Intentionally Omitted. <br /> 2.9 INSURANCE <br /> Comprehensive General Liability with minimum limits of one million dollars ($1,000,000.00) per <br /> occurrence combined single limit for Bodily Injury Liability and Property Damage Liability. Coverage <br /> must be afforded on a form no more restrictive than the latest edition of the Comprehensive <br /> General Liability policy, without restrictive endorsements, as filed by the Insurance Services Office, <br /> and must include: <br /> o Premises and Operation <br /> o Independent Contractors <br /> o Products and/or Completed Operations Hazard <br /> o Broad Form Property Damage <br /> o Broad Form Contractual Coverage applicable to this specific contract, including any hold <br /> harmless and/or indemnification agreement. <br /> o Personal Injury Coverage with employee and Contractual Exclusions removed, with <br /> minimum limits of coverage equal to those required for Bodily Injury Liability and Property <br /> • Damage Liability. <br /> City of Sunny Isles Beach I Request for Proposal No. 17-03-01 10 <br />
