As part of the <br /> proposer's proposal, an explanation is required on how refunds will be handled for items that have <br /> been paid for, but not dispensed. <br /> Request for repairs shall be completed within 24 hours of the original request. If a machine is found <br /> to be inoperable it shall be replaced within 24 hours of notification. <br /> 3.12 RELEASE OF LIABILITY <br /> ® The Contractor shall release and discharge the City of Sunny Isles Beach from any and all liability <br /> for loss of merchandise, goods, equipment or other property of the Contractor or his agents if lost, <br /> damaged, or destroyed by fire, theft, rain, water, storm, riot, civil disobedience, vandalism, or any <br /> other cause(s). <br /> 3.13 ROUTE SCHEDULE <br /> The awarded proposer shall provide the City with a route schedule that will detail how often the <br /> machines will be serviced including food and drinks rotation and restocking. Stocking of new,fresh <br /> products shall be the sole responsibility of the successful Vendor. All dated products must be <br /> fresh,with un-expired dates of sale at all times.Vendor shall remove all expired products no later <br /> than the printed expiration date if not sold.
