See additional <br /> action under Item 4A.] Tom Feeley of Sole said he is here tonight to request a one-month <br /> extension on the use of their temporary kitchen until their restaurant is completed. They have <br /> a food truck that is parked in their parking level that is functioning as a temporary kitchen. <br /> Public Speakers: Tom Feeley <br /> Mayor Edelcup said if the Commission is in agreement we will go another 30 days but our <br /> patience is wearing thin. <br /> Commissioner Scholl moved and Vice Mayor Thaler seconded a motion to approve the <br /> resolution.
