Allan Kaul suggested looking into coatings, there are several types of <br /> coating that can be applied to the concrete that would greatly reduce the sound, and Vice <br /> Mayor Thaler said that staff already looked at all the rubber matting and rubber coatings that <br /> were suggested at our first meetings and they were all eliminated. <br /> [City Clerk's Note: Add-on Item 12C was moved to Item IOU and heard after Item 12B.] <br /> 13.
