SCOPE OF SERVICES <br /> Calvin,Giordano&Associates, Inc. will perform the following services based on <br /> our understanding of the project requirements: , <br /> J. Professional Engineering Services <br /> A. Traffic Engineering <br /> 1. CGA will develop construction documents for the at-grade roadway <br /> connection between the proposed N.Bay Road Bridge south approach <br /> and the existing NE 172nd Street corridor. Where appropriate, <br /> documents will include, plan and profile sheets,cross sections,typical <br /> sections,and signing and marking plans. Consideration will be given <br /> to existing driveway access issues,existing pedestrian facilities and <br /> access gate design. Conduit may be incorporated to allow for possible <br /> future signalization, but design and permitting for the future <br /> . signalization is not included in this proposal. <br /> i <br /> 2. CGA will meet with Miami-Dade County Traffic Engineering to <br /> review the proposed roadway modifications as they pertain to NE <br /> 172nd Street. CGA will coordinate permitting through Miami-Dade <br /> County for the proposed at-grade roadway improvements. <br /> 2. BASIS OF COMPENSATION <br /> Hourly rates with an estimated fee of$23,800.00 plus reimbursables at $1,190.00 <br /> with a total not to exceed amount of$24,990.00.
