The County, on behalf of the Corps, requires an access area at the property <br /> commonly known as the "Monaco Hotel" in order to gain access to the beach. The Owner, <br /> Lessee and County have agreed to enter into a Temporary Easement Agreement in order to <br /> accomplish this objective. <br />
