Any damage due to neglect or vandalism, or any <br /> occurrence other than a specifically covered defect, is not covered by the warranty. Client representative <br /> may be required to perform some basic diagnostic tests with the assistance of the help desk to assist in <br /> determination of a proper course of service action. This assistance is required as part of the warranty <br /> coverage. <br /> Response Time and Help Desk Hours <br /> Mighty Touch guarantees the following response times: <br /> 80/20'help desk phone response <br /> A minimum of 80% of all service calls received during regular business hours on the help desk line (7:00 <br /> a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Central) are answered live within 20 seconds by a trained technical help desk specialist. <br /> The remaining calls will be answered by an operator or recorded message and returned by a technical <br /> specialist within one (1) hour during regular business hours, or by 9:00 a.m. the following business day if <br /> received outside business hours. <br /> • Service Billings <br /> In the event service or parts are recommended to the client which will incur any cost to the client, <br /> regardless of type of warranty, an estimate and client billing authorization form will be provided by the <br /> help desk specialist for client approval. No work will be scheduled or parts shipped until a signed <br /> 411 <br /> authorization has been received by Mighty Touch. Estimates for recommended work to be done are <br /> provided at no charge. <br /> Continuity of Coverage <br /> Warranty levels must be consistent throughout an organization. <br /> Additional Notes <br /> General Storage <br /> All orders of 20 kiosks or more can be stored at the Mighty Touch warehouse at no charge to the client <br /> for up to six months. Please allow 5-10 business days to pack and ship stored units. <br /> Orders of fewer than 20 kiosks, or other equipment, will be stored free of charge for one month from <br /> completion of production. After one month, storage fees will be assessed at $0.35 per cubic foot per <br /> month in full month increments.
