White Glove Delivery White Glove shipping is delivered via Mighty Touch's own transport and driver and remains under Mighty Touch control for the duration of the shipment. The delivery will be brought into the facility by Mighty Touch staff, packaging removed, disposed of, and the kiosk will be set at the location requested by the client. The Mighty Touch delivery staff will clean the inside and outside of the kiosk as well as perform basic hardware diagnostics to assure the unit functions properly. Ask your sales rep for a quote on this preferred customer service. • Point to Point direct transport by a Mighty Touch driver • Inside delivery and placement in your designated location • Basic hardware diagnostics conducted to ensure good operating condition • Thorough cleaning of kiosk • Removal of carton, packaging and all drayage White glove delivery assumes the quoted units are delivered at one time. If the delivered quantity varies 411 from the purchased quantity, applicable charges will be assessed. **Note** All delivery information must be provided a minim of 14 days prior to the intended delivery date, late changes may result in additional cost. Support Services Standard Included Warranty The units are sold with a standard included warranty at no additional charge. This warranty covers enclosure parts for a term of one year against defect in manufacture.This warranty is not renewable and cannot be extended beyond the initial one-year term. It is a "remove and replace parts" warranty only, and requires that covered parts be returned to Mighty Touch's facility for repair or replacement. Replacement parts will be shipped to the customer within five (5) business days of receipt of defective part(s) at the Mighty Touch facility. Warranty coverage includes only repair or replacement of covered parts for term specified.This warranty also covers the replacement parts for the remainder of the original warranty term against defect in manufacture. Damage due to neglect or vandalism, or any occurrence other than a specifically covered defect, is not covered by the warranty. All arm enclosure moving parts are covered by a lifetime on-site service warranty against defect in manufacture and normal wear and tear.
