A responsive proposal is one which follows the <br /> requirements of this solicitation that includes all documentation, is submitted in the format <br /> outlined in this solicitation, is of timely submission, and has the appropriate signatures as <br /> required on each document. Failure to comply with these requirements may result in the <br /> proposal being deemed non-responsive. The contract will be awarded to the lowest <br /> responsible and responsive proposer whose proposal best serves the interest of and <br /> represents the best value to the City in conformity with section 62-8 of the City code. <br /> 4.2 OUALIFICATIONS <br /> Proposals shall include the following: <br /> ® Technical Qualifications <br /> ® 1. Proposer's relevant experience, qualifications and past performance. <br /> 2. Vendor has an office inside Miami- <br /> Dade, Broward or West Palm Beach County <br /> 3. Proposers approach methodology to providing the services requested in this <br /> solicitation. Including response time and number of staff assigned to project <br /> 4. Warranty and support services for main and ancillary <br /> equipment <br /> 5. Proposers prototype artwork,drawings or illustrations to demonstrate the vendor's <br /> artistic creativity style and portrayal of the City of Sunny Isles Beach <br /> Price <br /> 6. Detailed breakdown of products, services and their associated <br /> costs. <br /> 4.2.1 ADDITIONAL INFORMATION <br /> In order to be considered, Proposers shall provide sufficient information including <br /> prototype artwork, drawings or illustrations to demonstrate the proposers artistic creativity <br /> and style portraying a distinctive image for the City of Sunny Isles Beach (submission <br /> shall not be limited to the information below). All requested documentation and/or <br /> information shall be provided in the Proposal.
