cco Presenting Better Solutions ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE The CCS project team will be directly involved in handling the City of Sunny Isles account and they have the experience, the qualifications and the certifications that are required. Should CCS be awarded the entire contract, several statewide team members will play critical roles with the interaction and decision making of the Account, as follows. Gary Patterson-Sr.Account Manager will be the Salesperson assigned to the City of Sunny Isles account. Gary will oversee the project and work directly with all project personnel in the areas of pricing, quotes, project coordination and general requests with CCS. Ray Ricoarango-Systems Engineer is designated to draft shop and project record drawings for this installation. Ray will work directly with designated City of Sunny Isles Project Manager(s), Facilities, and other trades,to coordinate with CCS' service installation staff to ensure quality control of CCS installation standards. Cesar Cifuentes-CMA Digital Partner/Project Manager/ Installation Supervisor will handle the signage applications, 110design, content creation, and implementation Terry Waldrop- Higher Education Purchaser that will process, track, and notify CCS Staff of equipment delivery for Broward County Courthouse orders.Additionally, replacement items and equipment returns will be scheduled by the Sr. Purchaser. Gail Cela-Company Controller that will oversee invoices, payments, credits, and contractual agreements. Doug Mann-Sales Manager will develop advanced relationships with designated City of Sunny Isles personnel, negotiate best pricing with national manufacturers, and administer the CCS Team on all sales operations. John Doster-Owner, CEO will govern the Jacksonville, Miami, Orlando offices, coordinate with other national CCS locations as needed, and manage overall customer accounts and activity. S
