41) ==.. <br /> Presenting Better Solutions <br /> Training Schedule <br /> CCS Presentation Systems and CMA Digital Shall conduct training as required to turn over the digital <br /> signage system hardware and software utilization. The training shall consist of(8) hours which may be <br /> completed in multiple sessions. The training will be located at the CMA Digital Home office in <br /> Hollywood, Florida. <br /> The training shall include but not limited to: <br /> • Familiarization with the display and kiosk hardware usage including the flat panel operation, <br /> camera control, audio control,temperature control, etc. <br /> • Familiarization with the Kiosk printer including but not limited to how to replace the paper, ink, <br /> etc. <br /> • Familiarization with the wayfinding capabilities (i.e. keyboard search engine to locate, people, <br /> destinations or objects) <br /> • Familiarization with the Scala Content Manager, and any other end user related software tools <br /> • Turnover of the manual/ user guide for the operation and management of the digital directory <br /> system <br /> The actual training schedule timeline is dependent upon completion and faculty/Staff participation to <br /> join CCS/CMA in a training session at the client location. CCS recommends that the Technical Staff or <br /> Staff solely responsible for the day to day operation of the system be present for the training. Those <br /> Staff members can then pass on any details to other employees who would have limited access or usage <br /> to the digital signage system.
