CITY OF SUNNY ISLES BEACH 18070 Collins Avenue Sunny Isles Beach, Florida 33160 305.947.0606 rrortY _ J www.sibfl.netu C ' + x ,.•mss s' '��•,P O CI)f Of SUN Pa Section 2 Special Terms and Conditions 2.1 PURPOSE OF PROPOSAL: The City of Sunny Isles Beach, Florida, (the "City") a municipality located in Miami-Dade County, Florida, is requesting licensed a company to furnish, install and maintain (two) 2 interactive informational touch screen Kiosks including software implementation and license, configuration, maintenance, training and professional services support at various locations on City property. The City may increase or remove the number of kiosks during term of the contract as deemed necessary. The contractor will be in full accordance with the specifications, terms, and conditions contained in this Request for Proposal (RFP). Please reference herein attached Scope of Work for detailed specifications. 2.2 PRE-PROPOSAL CONFERENCE Intentionally Omitted 40 2.3 TERM This contract will commence upon execution by both parties which shall be the effective date succeeding approval of the contract by the City Commission, or designee, unless otherwise stipulated in the Notice of Award letter. The contract shall be contingent upon the completion and submittal of all required documents. This contract shall remain in effect until the completion of services, provided that the services rendered by Firm during the contract period are satisfactory. 2.4 OPTIONS TO RENEW The initial contract term shall be for an initial one (1) year. The City, at its sole option, may renew the contract for three (3) one-year renewal terms. Exercising the option to renew is at the sole discretion of the City. 2.5 PRICE If the Proposer is awarded a contract under this solicitation, the prices proposed shall remain fixed and firm during the initial term of contract. However, the Proposer may offer incentives and discounts from this fixed price to the City at any time during the contractual term. Prior to completion of each exercised contract term, the City may consider an adjustment to price based on changes in the Consumer Price Index Urban Wage Earners and Clerical Workers, Miami / Ft Lauderdale —All Items. It is the Awarded Proposer's responsibility to request any pricing adjustment under this provision.
