<br />City of Sunny Isles Beach |Request for Proposal No. 12-05-01 30A <br /> <br />A120. This proposal item is to apply fertilizer and insecticide in ALL locations <br />maintained by the vendor in quantities as required and in accordance <br />with manufacturer’s requirements as necessary to maintain a vigorous, <br />healthy landscape and foliage (excluding those applications requested in <br />A116-A119) at no additional cost to the City. Vendor shall review the <br />entire RFP documentation for additional information on type and <br />quantities of fertilizer and insecticide. <br />3.10.2 (B) LABOR <br /> <br />This is a separate item for work not already covered by, and paid for through, other <br />pertinent proposal items. It is intended that this item shall cover call -outs for <br />emergency and unique situations. For this item to be accepted and paid for by the City, <br />the services must be specifically requested by the City for a specific non-covered task. <br /> <br /> 3.10.2.1 LANDSCAPE SUPERINTENDENT <br /> <br />B1. & B2 This proposal item is for additional work by a trained <br />and competent Landscape Superintendent who shall be <br />fluent in English. <br /> <br /> 3.10.2.2 LANDSCAPE LABORER <br /> <br />B3. & B4 This proposal item is for additional work by a trained <br />and competent Landscape Laborer. <br /> <br /> 3.10.2.3 IRRIGATION SPECIALIST <br /> <br />B5. & B6 This proposal item is for additional work by a trained <br />and competent Irrigation Specialist who shall be fluent in <br />English. <br /> <br /> 3.10.2.4 IRRIGATION LABOROR <br /> <br />B7. & B8 This proposal item is for additional work by a trained <br />and competent Irrigation Laborer. <br /> <br />3.10.3 (C) EQUIPMENT <br /> <br />This is a separate item for work not already covered by, and paid for through, other <br />pertinent proposal items.
