Request for Information No. 1

CITY OF SUNNY ISLES BEACH
Merchant Services
CITY RFQ NO. 13-03-01

To All Bidders:

Bidders for the above-referenced project shall take note of the following changes,
additions, deletions, clarifications, etc. to the Plans and Specifications, which in
accordance with the Contract Documents shall become a part of and have precedence
over anything shown or described otherwise.

Response to Questions:

What does PCP stand for? I would like to be able to assign it to one of the
location names on the RFP.
Pelican Community Center which is assigned to the Cultural Human
Services at 18115 North Bay Road.

Can you fax me at least 2 months of statements for the other 2 locations?
Currently, the City only has merchant services for Parking, PCP (Cultural
Human Services) and Visitor (Tourist) Center. As such, there are no other
statements to provide. We are looking to add merchant services to the
additional departments which includes transaction types for Building
Permits and Business Tax/Code Enforcement Fees.

We are working on a response to your RFP for Merchant Services. We
have noticed that the Affidavits require notarization and that the Notary
section has been pre-filled with “Notary Public – State of Florida”.
TransFirst is a national corporation with headquarters in New York and
Divisional headquarters in Kansas. Is it a requirement that the Notary is a
State of Florida Notary Public?
It is not required.
